Mobilfree is the MVNO of Tecnyshop. It was founded in 2018 as a result of an agreement with Oceans. It currently serves almost the entire national territory thanks to its Yoigo and Orange coverage.
Mobilfree focuses on offering low-cost mobile and Internet services. However, it also offers bundled packages that include television with premium channels and DTT.
Mobilfree offers four types of plans: mobile-only plans (with unlimited calls and between 9 and 50 Gb of data), fiber+mobile plans (with 100 Mb or 600 Mb depending on the customer's choice), fiber-only plans (this service is also offered in the dual version of 100 and 600 Mb), and finally fiber+landline plans (offering two connection speeds).
Registration and installation are free of charge for all Mobilfree plans that include fiber Internet. However, all these plans require a 12-month commitment. If the customer decides to leave the company before the end of this period, he/she must pay for the installation.
Mobilfree offers all its customers the PUMA Telecom Insurance service for cell phones, which includes coverage for theft, robbery, breakage, etc.
